The Passport Program offers a company sponsored, one-week international work experience at an Assembly office in another region. Designed to build skills, expand global networks, and support the agency’s international growth, participants work on meaningful projects alongside local colleagues and clients in a new market.

We believe work should flex to fit your life—not the other way around. Our 3,2,1 hybrid model gives you the best of all worlds: 3 days in-office to collaborate and connect, 2 days remote for focus and flow, and 1 month a year to work from anywhere you choose. Paired with our “responsible PTO” policy, this approach is designed to help you thrive—personally and professionally.​
